Ticket Information

Presale tickets go on sale February 18th. Please look for a paper in your Child's backpack and send it back with a check made out to VAPO or cash in an envelope to the teacher. Tickets will be sold before and after school from March 2nd through the 6th. Look for people in front of the office and in pick up lines. Presale Ticket costs will be as follows:

100 Tickets for $20
20 Tickets for $5
4 Tickets for $1
Raffle Tickets are $1

At the event, the tickets will be 3 Tickets for $1, so buy early and save.

Your Tickets will be used for these great activities:

Great Food and Concessions!
10 different game booths including a Craft Booth, Hair Braiding Booth, and a Face Painting booth!
See drawing and craft displays from our after school program.
Win Prizes! Win Raffles!
Win the chance to throw a Pie in the Eye at someone you know from campus!

Can We Use Your Stuff???

We need to Borrow the following:
**A Bellows (tool used for a fire place - to use for a game booth)**
**A popular game called "Cup Stack"**
**Canopies**
**Tables**
**Large cooler chests**

If you can volunteer your stuff, please leave a comment below with your name and the item you can donate and someone will contact you by getting your information from the school roster.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!

We need Volunteers for the following:
1. Prize Booth - We are looking for 2-3 people to cover the last 2 hours of the festival in the prize booth.
2. Craft Booth, Hair Braiding Booth and various other booths also looking for volunteers.
3. Food & Drink Donations - We are looking for volunteers to help personally visit grocery stores, restaurants, etc for food and drink donations.
4. Volunteers needed at dropoff and both pickup times to sell tickets March 2nd- March 6th. About 1/2 hour needed at each time.
5. Set up/Clean up
